Quality Policy Statement

BRP (Rugby) Ltd recognises that the provision of a consistently high standard of product and service is the keystone to our success, reputation and the total satisfaction of our customers and we shall constantly strive to provide outstanding quality in all the products and services we provide. This is achieved by

  • Establishing, implementing, maintaining and constantly reviewing a formal Quality Management System in accordance with the principles of BS EN ISO 9001: 2000
  • The application of Quality and Business Procedures that ensure compliance with Railway Group and Network Rail Company standards
  • Understanding and satisfying the needs and expectations of each of our customers and ensuring we deliver the promises we make.
  • Setting Key Bussiness Objectives and Targets for each area of the company, communicating these to all our staff and reviewing their progress and suitability biannually as a minimum.
  • Providing Training and necessary support to employees to enable them to fulfil their role in the delivery of this policy.

BRP (Rugby) Ltd is fully committed to the continued review and improvement of its Quality performance, Quality Management System and associated procedures, as appropriate to the scale of its operations.

Above all, we will always remember that our customers are the very purpose of our business.

This statement represents our commitment to quality and is fully supported by the Company Directors and Senior Management. The Managing Director holds overall responsibility for the Quality Policy.

This Policy will be reviewed annually and BRP (Rugby ) Ltd objectives and targets will be reviewed regularly
